I was always a little wary of booking a trade online but have had a really great experience with Serenity. Ben was professional, knowledgable and friendly from the first point of contact we had. He was punctual from our first meeting, to discuss the project, and was realistic with timelines and didn't over promise anything so managing expectations really well. I was hoping that such a good start would continue throughout the project, which it absolutely did.
