Get in touchWe were looking for an Architect to help with a garage conversion and extention above the garage. After having several companies come to look we went with Andrew Bates of Churchfield Architecture. He was very personable and with his knowledge he was able to advise us of what would and wouldn't be likely to be accepted for planning. Because of this we were both happy with the final plans drawn up and these passed for planning first time. His knowledge on the structural side is also a benefit as other Architect would have to hire structural engineers separately to assess the building for the plans. He was also very reasonably priced. He organises the planning and building regulations too which is a weight off the shoulders. With planning passed he is currently dealing with the building regs side. Get in touchDavid spend a considerable amount of time making sure we were happy with the plans he drew as well as dealing with difficulties with the planning permission and suggesting solutions. He was also by far the cheapest quote we had for plans but this definitely didn't translate to poor quality.
