We would recommend John 100%. Worked incredibly hard extending our patio area and putting a pathway down the garden. Arrived at 8am and never stopped only for a mug of tea, well deserved. The patio and path have been extremely well laid, having been measured throughout using a spirit level. John is also a very clean and tidy worker, he has exceeded our expectations.

Joseph Stephenson relayed my drive he was on time each day and worked very well he would clean up at the end of the day left ever think in order for the next day. He was very professional at his job he new what he had to do and just got on with it. The cost of the job had been quoted and that was what I paid. RH contractors were efficient, highly skilled and dependable and finished the job on time (although it turned out to be a different job that I initially comissioned them for). The new job was for the fitting of a new shower room, including plumbing alterations, the pulling down of a leaning boundary wall and replacement with a fence and the manufacture and fitting of a new back gate. A very good team of builders.

I had booked Stephen to carry out a job and had agreed a date and time for him to come round to carry out the works. Following an email exchange the morning of the job, he informed me he wouldn't be in the area until 2 hours after the agreed time. He then didn't show up at all. I have had no communication from him since to either apologise or rearrange the job.

I originally found TH Construction through 'My Builder' and when he came to look at the job to give us a quote he encouraged us to go and look at work already done by any builder we considered using. I took that advice and went to a job Terry had completed fairly recently and was very impressed by the standard of work done on that job. We got 3 quotes for our garden wall, Terry's was not the lowest but from what I had seen of his workmanship I was confident he would do a good job. He did not disappoint the completed job is first class. Another significant plus in Terry's favour is communication, my experience in the past with other builders is that they are notoriously difficult to get hold of, they never answer their phones. Any message to Terry was answered promptly, you always knew when to expect him he was completely reliable. I would use Terry again without hesitation. Phil Walker
