Get in touchPaid £700 to get leak fixed in conservatory. Phillip came back 3 times as it was still leaking. He stopped taking my calls so I Spoke to his dad Ken who is the other half of Minster builders. Ken came and looked said he would be back to sort out and would fetch replacement PVC for trim damaged by Phillip. Despite numerous phone calls and messages he also is not answering or returning calls and messages. I still have a leak and now have missing trim plus I am also £700 worse off. Get in touchI originally found TH Construction through 'My Builder' and when he came to look at the job to give us a quote he encouraged us to go and look at work already done by any builder we considered using. I took that advice and went to a job Terry had completed fairly recently and was very impressed by the standard of work done on that job. We got 3 quotes for our garden wall, Terry's was not the lowest but from what I had seen of his workmanship I was confident he would do a good job. He did not disappoint the completed job is first class. Another significant plus in Terry's favour is communication, my experience in the past with other builders is that they are notoriously difficult to get hold of, they never answer their phones. Any message to Terry was answered promptly, you always knew when to expect him he was completely reliable. I would use Terry again without hesitation.
