Couldn't be happier with the job done. We'd had a persistent leak in our toilet for quite a while that we decided to get fixed. Will was very quick to respond and within a matter of hours we had booked him in. He came out a couple of days later, completed the job in a fast, efficient and tidy manner and all for a very reasonable quote. I would highly recommend First Call and will definitely keep them in mind for any work I require in the future.

Got in touch with Pete to have a shower tray and a few tiles replacing. On taking the tray out discovered major water damage behind the rest of the tiles. Ended up taking out all the old tiles and replacing with new, and having a totally new shower, as well as shower surround too. Pete was very thorough with his workmanship, and very professional attitude throughout the job from start to finish. He even did a few extra bits at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend Pete for his professional manner from start to finish, and his attention to detail, and his competitive pricing for the job. Even left the property tidy after his days working there. A strong 10/10 from me

Two attempts to build a wall. Second one is acceptable. Inside block wall is off plumb by an inch. No insulation installed as I guess it wouldn't fit due to the walls leaning to close. Paid for the internal and external wall and to have a strip on concrete replaced along the front of the house. The concrete was not complete and after contact several times no response. No invoice or info on a warranty that was told about. Requested a refund on the work not complete and have been ignored. £350 for the concrete and now I will have to pay someone else to do it. Damage done to driveway and took 5 hours+ to clean the mess and mortar from my 6 months old drive. I would not use these again and would avoid.

We were very happy with Veracity, they removed our old bathroom (right back to brick walls) and installed a complete new one. Nice guys who did a great job for a fair price. They turned up on time, cleaned up after themselves and were really helpful - happy to change or add in bits during the job with no fuss. Would definitely use again and happily recommend to others.

Electrical work is certificated through NAPIT. Trust Mark approved and insured. I have many loyal customers who would give me recommendations if required. Try me and see. I offer incentives to recommend your friend that mean the Labour on your job could be free. I treat customers as I would like to be treated giving advice and good service. See my reviews. I charge £35 for the first hour and that is minimum charge. It's then £7.50 for each 15 mins after that.

He came out very quickly and assessed the situation and was very hands on in trying to deliver the best cheapest option and service saving me the hassle of trying to locate and source parts for the job. He kept me in the loop whilst parts were on order and was quick to return to finish the job, which was done to an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone after plumbing and bathroom solutions.
