Job confirmed on the 2nd March for the 22nd-23rd. Day before sent him a message to confirm the time for the next day, received no response. Did not show up at 8am as agreed, I called and sent several messages to ask if he was still coming. No response received at any point! no calls answered, all texts ignore and no response on mybuilder. Job was planned weeks in advance, took time off work and arranged kitchen delivery and install around him. Highly unprofessional and downright inconsiderate and would not recommend him based on his unreliability. Could have easily communicated the day/night before, as I had reached out to further confirm and let me know he would not be showing up. Kitchen was ripped out earlier than needed to get the job done,Had to push back my entire kitchen install, organise an additional day off work to get more quotes, due to his lack of basic manners! Anthony has added not only additional time but also significant cost to my already expensive kitchen renovation

The plastering is to an excellent standard and at a fair cost. When I had queries, Richard answered these and put my mind at rest. I would recommend him for any plastering jobs you are requiring.
I can highly recommend JPL, both James and Andy are hardworking and professional. As the UK suffered it's wettest winter since 1890 we all patiently waited for a break in the rain to complete the final coat. During this period James regularly kept in touch and a couple of times turned up on site planning to complete but the weather had other ideas. Finally, the break we were waiting for came and even then I felt it was touch and go with the weather, but James and Andy got to work and managed to complete in time for the final coat to dry before the next downpour. The result is stunning and a credit to the quality and care taken.
