Alex was very professional throughout. He gave me a quote very promptly and arranged to meet me on site within 48 hours. He surveyed the site, discussed my requirements and those of the Highways department; he then consulted with Highways and Planning and found a way of satisfying both sides and then drew the plans accordingly. Highways commented positively on the speed and professionalism of Alex's submissions. Although the planning application has not yet been approved, I have every reason to believe that it will have a good outcome. Whatever the result however, I can say without any hesitation that Alex's contribution was superb and I thank him for that. I prefer to work on private domestic and bespoke architecture but all projects considered, developments can also be undertaken. Please do not select me then ask me for a quote, because that would cost me £10 when you decided not to go ahead with the project due to the cost. I charge £16/hr (minimum 2 hrs per job) plus £5-£10 MyBuilder shortlisted fee (one time only). For a big project, I’ll come to your property to check the health & safety status (free of charge) before I come again to work on your project. If driving takes over 35 mins one way, then I have no choice to charge £16 for time+petrol.

Thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. Engaged at the beginning of January and was slow to respond. By the beginning of March we had only had one draft drawing which needed multiple amendments.
