Omar designed stage 4 plans for my loft extension. He was very helpful and asked lots of great questions in the briefing stage, and then spent time adjusting the previous plans I had for planning permission to get the maximum ceiling height and light. The ceiling height is not something I had thought of but really makes the space. He was also quick to send references and his previous clients were also very positive about their work with him. The job involved planning permission approval on the replacement of windows to the rear of my flat. Not only did Ben complete the project efficiently and ahead of schedule but he took time to carefully guide me through the planning process and gave me a clear break down of the timescales usually involved by the planning department.
