Ian and David arrived exactly on time, and started work immediately. Fitting of an unvented system, with the removal of the cold header tank, and old vented cylinder completed with no issues whatsoever, as well as the fitting of a new shower system. We were without heating as there was a problem with a valve working on the system. Peter responded really quickly and came to look at it as we were without heating during a really cold period. (This should be a one-star review, however MyBuilders is showing it as five). Unfortunately, this tradesperson is extremely inexperienced and unprofessional. If you're thinking about hiring him, please think again. After doing a terrible job installing a radiator, which is leaking badly this guy has made constant excuses as to why he can not make time to come back and rectify his mistake. Exceeded expectations! Quickly identified and promptly fixed our issue with the heating and gas not functioning independently. During the appointment, also suggested installing a smart Hive thermostat, which was a great recommendation.
