We had wanted our old en-suite modernized for quite some time ; we chose Nick from Avbase Building Services Ltd. from his good references. He replied promptly - we knew the " look " we wanted and he was extremely helpful with ideas of designing, which he accomplished perfectly, finding all the relevant items. Once the old en-suite had been ripped out, Nick gave careful consideration into maximizing the floor space which he did very successfully. We originally wanted floor tiles instead of lino, however, under our old tiles the floor was unstable! After a lot of thought Nick wanted to give us what we really wanted so he virtually rebuilt the floor - the result was great and new tiles were laid as we had wanted. All the tiling was exceptional, very well done, the shower and all items with which we are very pleased. While proceeding he informed us of each step ; we found this important, causing no stress. His manner was most agreeable, work excellent and Steve his colleague was also efficient in every way. We would highly recommend , for his pleasant manner, reasonable prices and tidiness. We are so pleased with the new en-suite ; it looks fantastic with quality workmanship and an excellent finish. Definitely have him again in the future. Couldn't recommend Clark + Withers enough, Natasha and Mark did an excellent job of refitting our family bathroom. Natasha talked us through our options and any possible issues etc. during our quote which was really helpful. They arrived nice and early each day, unforeseen issues were dealt with quickly and sensibly. We had forgotten to buy waste pipes for the bath and sink and she sourced these no problem. We had the whole room tiled floor to ceiling and the tiling looks fantastic. Overall the work was completed to the estimated schedule, the place was left tidy at the end of each day and we're really happy with the quality of the finish. We also asked for some additional gas work doing whilst they were in and this was no problem. Will definitely be having them back to do our downstairs loo in the future!

I’m a bit late adding this review but Vasile just reminded me. We are really happy with the home that Vasile built for us. It’s a Victorian terrace over 3 floors that needed a full renovation including electrical re-wiring, new plumbing etc plus a gf side and rear extension plus a loft conversion. Vasile and his team worked really hard to get us the finish we wanted. He always was on-hand to solve problems from building control to water pressure. He was always very friendly to work with and extremely respectful. We always got the impression that he wants to make his customers happy and takes pride in his work. Because of Covid and issues with materials and the labour market, our job took longer than expected but I think this was really outside of anyone’s control. We now have a really beautiful house that we love living in and it’s in no small part thanks to Vasile. I have recommended Vasile to friends already and have shown some of his potential customers round our house. They were always really impressed and inspired.

Really pleased I chose Leigh Matthews for this job. We were taking over a building that was unoccupied for 18 months and there were some issues with that, The team were excellent, and they finished the 4-week job on time, and right on budget. They were helpful and considerate and left the premises clean and tidy. They were also able to help out with some problems with the plumbing that were not in the original scope. I loved the way they did the estimate and the invoicing. Breaking all the items down into the individual tasks and at the end of each week, itemising which tasks were complete and a %age on those in progress. I would not hesitate to employ them again

Matt listened to what we were doing, what we wanted and didn't, connected us up with a bathroom company that designed the bathroom and fittings for us. Matt and the team were always on time, really professional and very switched on. From the electrics, to tiling through to the plumbing and fitting of the new bathroom, everything was done on time and we were consulted on all of the details and we are very pleased with the outcome, the bathroom is amazing.
