When my builder came across some problems Carl was on hand to answer his questions. Sorry for the late review, but the building inspector has now passed the work. He has been producing detailed plans to submit to building control and has kindly recommended other professionals to ensure things progress smoothly. As a novice myself, his help and support has been invaluable. Luke always responds promptly to my emails (quite rare in the industry I have found unfortunately) and tries to explain things in layman's terms! Whilst my project and my dealings with Luke are not 100% complete yet, I would feel confident in recommending him for similar projects. Ian was also a key person when it came to negotiating with Town Planners and was successful in gaining planning permission which can be sometimes difficult.
