There is much more to his work than just the required drawings. • Within a few days Moi had established that we required planning permission due to our proximity to Network Rail, providing comprehensive details regarding the rules of building close to the railway line, something we had no idea about. • Help to find suitable builders for the job. • Took the time to explain the whole process, and always available to answer questions. • Clear price plan for his work, including other costs (like Council planning permission, structural engineers etc). • Very diligent and professional in his approach to the job. Get in touchJonathan did a great job for us and we were very pleased with all aspects of his work. He is friendly and easy to talk to, which aids the design process. Jonathan gave us all the time we needed and came back to see us to talk about the initial plans and make some amendments. Jonathan was knowledgeable about the practical considerations of the build process and was able to advise about what was possible based on his previous experience. The plans were ready within the agreed timescales; the plans were subsequently submitted and approved for planning permission. Joanthan managed the application process and updates to the plans for conditions. He communicated well with the the planning office, structural engineer and builders, making it much easier for us. He was on hand to answer any questions and avoided jargon. Alex worked with us patiently and diligently to provide a series of drawings that more than addressed our specifications and really made use of the large space we were intending to convert. Alex was able to suggest architectural solutions for our garage conversion that we had not envisaged that would have taken it from just another boring conversion to something quite special. Sadly circumstances intervened before we could progress to the completion stage. That being said, when we move to our new property, no doubt we will be rehiring Alex to work with us. At all at times Alex was professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with.
