We also asked him to fit some additional items after he'd finished, but he wasn't concerned and didn't complain and I'm very pleased with the finished job. The bathroom looks great, and if I ever require a tiler in the future, I will be using him again. Very skilled in all aspects of renovation as you would expect of a time served tradesmen. He ended up doing a lot more work than originally posted this included- replace rotten floor joists and floor boards, lay laminate flooring, fit new skirting, trim and hang new doors, plaster extra rooms and areas where the plaster had blown. Mark was happy to do these extras and at a very reasonable cost. I was kept in regular contact and received pictures of progress throughout the job, as I wasn't at the property I had no worries in giving him a set of keys and he kept an eye on the other tradesmen working there also.
