He has been very flexible and added extra detail to the drawing – several times as I changed my mind. The plans have been very useful when working with builders and I’ve no doubt that the work Luke put into the proposals has saved me time and money in the long run. Before the job started, our structural engineer added a little caveat which meant that we needed a second beam, and Rob was on hand to provide advice even before we'd agreed to go ahead.
