Scott has been unwilling to pay the excess premium of the insurance claim, nor has he provided an invoice for the works carried out. Nathan is great to work with, very friendly, knowledgeable and a good, pragmatic thinker overcoming problems with timely, cost-effective solutions. Nathan is courteous, tidy, cleaning up and on time every day, really hard working and working late where need be to be at the right stage to progress next days work to plan etc. Good liaison with local authority building control. This was a fairly complex job, removal of a 4m+ wide load bearing wall to open up kitchen into existing garden room. Involved installation of a pair of large structural beams with pillar/pad arrangement and associated foundation work plus opening up a doorway thru 3ft stone walls, making good on completion. Nathan also did the plastering to a spotless impeccable finish. Nathan is a very skilled builder, good attention to detail and great to work with. Fair & reasonable price and on target too. Extremely satisfied, will use again and strongly recommend.
