Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-Came to fix the original problem but there were still issues afterwards so agreed to come back and fix it, we still weren't happy so contacted again asking to finish the job off, never returned as they said then they just ignored our messages and never replied or returned. So now we still have holes in our roof despite paying out £500 Very disappointed after a positive 1st experience that they chose to not come back and totally ignore us.

Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-Overall pleased with the job. Took a bit longer than it should have but this was mainly down to poor weather (who gets their roof re-laid in January….?) The scaffold was up for a bit longer than I liked after the job was finished. But not a big issue. Just a bit in the way and annoying. Only real gripe was they could av been a little tidier. Would have preferred Sam and his lads to tidy up as they went, rather than leaving it until the end. Don’t expect work area to be spotless, but just a quick sweep of walkways at end of each day (or every other day). Hence the reason for deducting 1 star. Saying that, I am happy with the work Sam and his lads did. They replaced my whole roof and it does look like they’ve done a good job. Roof got hit by some very high winds before roof was complete and nothing moved or fell off. Cant complain about Sam’s costs either. Very competitive.

Latest review:Bricklaying-James reattached our two front steps made of large slabs of slate, embedding them very neatly in mortar that need to be dyed to match the other steps. Quick response. Very neat and tidy job. Good communication. Would definitely recommend.
James and his colleague were really friendly and professional. James communicated promptly. He turned up when he said he would, explained what needed doing, and his costs, very clearly, followed up any queries quickly. He was willing to take on a small job and was available within a week of quoting. He completed the work as agreed and sent photos to confirm the work carried out.
