Needed a whole new system going in after our header tank finally gave up. They came out within 2 hours and stopped the immediate problem and made the property safe. Booked us in for 5 days later and refitted a whole new system. Really great team of lads, considerate of our home keeping the carpets safe with covers and left it tidy after all of the work. Completed the job in one day. Can’t fault them!

Andy fitted the new toilet whilst I was away on holiday, job was overseen by a family member. Unfortunately, Andy noticed the toilet was damaged after fitting it. So I have been in touch with B&Q regarding a replacement today. The replacement is arriving on Tues 23rd June, so Andy said he will come back to swap the faulty toilet pan over as soon as he can after delivery and a fault check. Great guy, reasonable price so far. I will give another review next week.

Steve has done an excellent job putting in a new downstairs wc and plumbed in our washer in the outside utility room. He worked so quickly, it was half the estimated time. Tidy job and we love the end result. He is really friendly, reliable and communication was fantastic. He even did some other little jobs we had with no hesitation and for no extra charge! Would highly recommend and would not think twice in using him again. 5 stars from us!

Bradley quoted me for the job and I got a sense of reassurance, on the day of the job, he was well prepared and got the job done efficiently. When I checked the work over he was quick to adjust to my liking. He talked me through little pointers and give me some good advice. He was very calm and behaved professionally within my home. He has a great work ethic, he even cleaned up after himself wich most do not. I am very happy with the work he has done today and ill be sure to use him again in the future.
