Bradley quoted me for the job and I got a sense of reassurance, on the day of the job, he was well prepared and got the job done efficiently. When I checked the work over he was quick to adjust to my liking. He talked me through little pointers and give me some good advice. He was very calm and behaved professionally within my home. He has a great work ethic, he even cleaned up after himself wich most do not. I am very happy with the work he has done today and ill be sure to use him again in the future.

What a refreshing change! After another heating engineer caused our existing boiler to fail after replacing a part & was going to charge us another £285 to repair it we were very disillusioned & wary of who else to contact. We decided to replace the boiler & posted the job on MyBuilder. Tom responded & came the same afternoon to quote. We gave him the job & are we glad we did. He is very knowledgeable about the product he installs & takes great pride in his work. His work is very neat & tidy & he tidies as he goes along. He kept us informed every step of the way & never took any part of the old boiler/pipework etc without asking us first. He's friendly, chatty & a pleasure to have working in the house.
