Came out to view the leak and advised that it was 2 tiles that was broke and would take him 20 mins to fix. Fixed it there and then for a very good price :). Craig and his team arrived on time each day and worked hard to complete our roof repairs quickly and efficiently. When additional work was found necessary this was discussed and agreed before it was undertaken. Would recommend this company to anyone. Price was good, work completed quickly, all debris was removed from site on completion and kept informed at every stage of the job. Declan quoted me on a replacement felt roof. When I got back to him he send the team out within 2 days and got it done. He sent videos of work before and after. Levi provided a first class service. He arrived on time looked at and assessed the issue quickly. He provided before and after photos which was most helpful for insurance purposes. Levi and his assistant worked efficiently and were extremely polite. Excellent customer service. Charles gave a very competitive quote. All works were carried out as agreed and to a high standard. He was very accommodating and patient, given that this was a job involving multiple parties being a in a residential block of 6 properties. The work was carried out quickly with no problems.
