Stephen built a three bedroom detached house in the grounds of my old house. It was done to an excellent standard - even down to the door handles and the doors. He designed the whole thing and got the maximum efficiency without disturbing the quality. The downstairs is open plan and he worked on getting equipment with reduced noise levels. He was instrumental in getting the plumber and electricians organised and I didn't have to worry about a thing. His communications were excellent and he would come back to me within ten minutes and would organise everything to make sure they ran efficiently. I am delighted with the work and he also took any problems with regard to connecting the services away from me. I would certainly recommend him - there was not a fault or a failing. If have another rebuild done I would use Stephen because he was capable of doing everything with regard to the build - from architects onwards. He would be able to overcome any problems with the architects and he could resolve any problems for me. It is absolutely fabulous and everything has worked out perfectly. Exception work from Michael and his guys. Very professional service, great communication, we knew each day, exactly when they would be on site and what was going to be done that day. The first thing we got was a full set of laminated drawings which were on site at all times for the guys to work to, which gave us confidence straight away. Michael managed the various trades very professionally. The project started and finished on time and we are delighted with the finished product. We would recommend Michael and his team to anyone who wants a builder that can be trusted and will communicate promptly and honestly. Get in touch7+ years of experience in construction - landscaping , concrete work, qualified joiner with SQA advanced Joinery and carpentry, qualified HNC A level construction management, along with other qualifications in first aid and health and safety. Recent work 5+ years has been site work - mostly second fixing/finishing work but have done first fix, roughing, roof work and bespoke builds. Alongside site work I have been doing other jobs such as Deckings, Large pergolas, fencing, other custom builds at request and have just passed my SQA higher national certification in construction management which was two night classes per week straight after my own work for 2 years. Willing to travel and/or stay-away for the correct work.
