Andrew and the team have been brilliant, they have been respectful, quiet, diligent and dependable. All materials and debris was removed every night and they tried to keep disruption to a minimum. I cannot begin to express how brilliant John and his team are. I hired John to lay floors and build a unit. We live in an old property with several issues. John put me in touch with a plaster specialist, a plumber and an electrician to cover the extra work. This helped us cover all our bases with our renovation. The quality of work from everyone was outstanding . I recommend John and his team so highly, I can’t show all the work but the flooring , skirting and unit he built bring me joy every time I walk into my beautiful new office space .

I hired IAS GROUP in May 2024 and gave them a clear budget to work within. Paul acknowledged it was tight but assured me the job could be done. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Instead of communicating properly about any budget issues, they went ahead and made a complete mess of the house, forcing me to redo the entire place. Whenever I asked for an update, Paul constantly made excuses, saying he was at a wedding, out with family, or otherwise unavailable. He rarely answered my calls, making it extremely difficult to get any clarity on the progress. Despite the work not being fully complete, he still demanded full payment and even threatened to take me to court if I didn’t pay. To top it off, he was eager to hand the keys back without giving me a chance to properly inspect the job. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Stephen built a three bedroom detached house in the grounds of my old house. It was done to an excellent standard - even down to the door handles and the doors. He designed the whole thing and got the maximum efficiency without disturbing the quality. The downstairs is open plan and he worked on getting equipment with reduced noise levels. He was instrumental in getting the plumber and electricians organised and I didn't have to worry about a thing. His communications were excellent and he would come back to me within ten minutes and would organise everything to make sure they ran efficiently. I am delighted with the work and he also took any problems with regard to connecting the services away from me. I would certainly recommend him - there was not a fault or a failing. If have another rebuild done I would use Stephen because he was capable of doing everything with regard to the build - from architects onwards. He would be able to overcome any problems with the architects and he could resolve any problems for me. It is absolutely fabulous and everything has worked out perfectly. Christopher did an excellent job fitting tiles in our kitchen. Wasn’t an easy job too but completed it without any issues. Was very easy to get a hold of him, arrived when he said he would and was very polite and professional. He was very transparent about prices and didn’t spring any hidden fees.
