Disappeared off job and started another loft conversion before mine was finished, refused to say exactly when he was returning just kept saying next week, then another week passed and another until he had been gone over 3 weeks. Eventually grew tired of his disappearing act and told him not to come back ... I'm sure he wouldn't have disappeared had I not been stupid enough to have already paid him in full for a job that wasn't yet finished ( should have known better but stupidly trusted him ) only found out by chance that the reason he had disappeared off my job was to start another loft conversion or I would never have known why he didn't come back! ... Now have issue with leaking radiator that should have had new valve fitted but this was not done ... Not a big job it would take 10 minutes to fix but again after 4 weeks of messaging him and promises from him to get it fixed nothing has been done ... Michael and his team were fantastic from start to finish of our loft conversion. From seeing the plans, Michael gave us a clear plan of what they were going to do and gave timings for different parts of the job. He was well organised, and up front about any delays or changes to the plans. We were expecting a baby and wanted the job to be done in time for the new arrival, and everything went according to plan apart from when baby made an early appearance. Even then, Michael was accommodating to our requests for slightly slower progress to suit our needs. Michale and his team were tidy and cleaned at the end of each day, always happy to give explanations or updates, really nice bunch of guys, who didn’t mind nosey toddlers coming to see what the were up to! The work has been completed to a very high standard and we’re delighted with the job. David and his team have done an amazing job on our loft conversion, from start to finish. Came up with some great ideas. Kept us up to date with all that was happening, and when. Our 14 year old daughter is not gonna ever want to leave home, with her own suite upstairs. Would recommend him to my friends, that's for sure. Very happy with our loft conversion. Scott and Robert did a great job as well as the electrician, plumber and plasterer. They turned up early every day and nothing was too much trouble for them. Absolutely delighted with the work Alexander completed for me this week, just 6 days after we first spoke! He is clearly knowledgeable, took the time to give advice, and carried out works to a high standard at a very reasonable price. He responds quickly to queries and kept in touch throughout the job. Worked on to get my log burner installed even after discovering problems with my chimney. Really pleased, and discussed further works on my house for later in the year. Can't recommend highly enough. Stephen built a three bedroom detached house in the grounds of my old house. It was done to an excellent standard - even down to the door handles and the doors. He designed the whole thing and got the maximum efficiency without disturbing the quality. The downstairs is open plan and he worked on getting equipment with reduced noise levels. He was instrumental in getting the plumber and electricians organised and I didn't have to worry about a thing. His communications were excellent and he would come back to me within ten minutes and would organise everything to make sure they ran efficiently. I am delighted with the work and he also took any problems with regard to connecting the services away from me. I would certainly recommend him - there was not a fault or a failing. If have another rebuild done I would use Stephen because he was capable of doing everything with regard to the build - from architects onwards. He would be able to overcome any problems with the architects and he could resolve any problems for me. It is absolutely fabulous and everything has worked out perfectly. Greg and his team have done a great job with our attic conversion from start to finish with a fast turnaround. The team are always on time and have a brilliant work ethic. Attention to detail and Greg uses high quality materials for a seamless finish. We are so happy with the work we have asked them to return for a future kitchen renovation.
