Within one phone call to dicuss work needed, came to look over the roof etc explained what work to be done. Arrived the next week and within 3 days had the work completed. Two men worked efficiently , did all the work ,tidied up , and took away old satellite dish cables etc

Job left unfinished, and worse, leaking worse than before a 3 tiered felt roof was fitted on at least the back side and right hand sides of my outbuilding. Only on final work date did he demand £84 for extra felt. Despite numerous messages, emails, consumer letters, and photographic evidence of the leaks, sent both by emails, and My Builder site, the only response I saw (not to my email account as I'd requested), dated the 31/10/24, stated that he would return to assess the leaks, works that weekend, never did, nor has he been in contact since then. Instead I had to take steps to find out why I hadn't receive any responses from him via My Builder, Consumer Advice, and finally Companies house to find out that he had changed his address, and all contact details without informing me. I forwarded emails to his new email address. Again met with no responses, meanwhile I am left out of pocket and with a badly leaking shed. His business and works practices leave a lot to be desired.

Lee from Top Tradesmen visited our house and we assessed the project to replace our flat garage roof. He was very helpful. We agreed a time scale and the work was then carried out promptly and to an extremely high standard. Communication at all stages was spot on.
