My job was not as straight forward as first thought when Michael came to replace the tiles. I had a leaking pipe which held him up from completing the job but instead of saying I would have to wait for him to complete it at a later date, he came back the next night (once I had got the pipe fixed)at 8 pm and worked until he had finished!
