Mark's team were great at keeping me updated and very patient when the bathroom supplier kept messing me about. He had to pull down the remainder of an old lathe and plaster ceiling that had collapsed, replace with plasterboard and redecorate the room. The finished result is fantastic. Couldn't be happier!

But Richard was the only one who really took his time to come to my house and give an accurate quote. And what a reasonable quote! After speaking with him,I decided to hire him,and I do NOT regret it at all. Richard and his team have done an amazing job,they are very hardworking, very tidy(which was appreciated) and very friendly. Another thing is that Richard will go above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and deliver a perfect job. His communication was excellent,his price more than fair(there has been few extras that he didn't even charge me for). All in all,a wonderful experience, and very happy with the work he delivered, so much,that I am hiring him straight away for another job.
