He had to pull down the remainder of an old lathe and plaster ceiling that had collapsed, replace with plasterboard and redecorate the room. The finished result is fantastic. Couldn't be happier!

Mark's team were great at keeping me updated and very patient when the bathroom supplier kept messing me about.
