Carl was very efficient he came to look at the job and provide a quote within a reasonable amount of time. He replaced my old boiler for a new boiler with 7 year guarantee . He also moved the position of the boiler (at my request) moving all the wires and piping from a wall I hope to knock down in the future. He was polite, professional and nothing was a problem. After installing the boiler we had a slight issue with the radiators as they had an older type of valve. Carl came back out and new models to these at no extra cost. He has been a pleasure to work and I would recommend for similar jobs.

First day Sink problem was not resolved because my tap was faulty. Danny offered me a tap from his stock as he was worried to leave me without a tap. I couldn't accept that as the tap didn't meet my requirement. Danny followed up with me the next few days how i was getting on and as soon as i got a tap he squeezed me into his busy schedule and completed my sink job. A very friendly professional and thoughtful plumber. Would definitely hire again for many other jobs in my new house. Thank you
