Luke sorted the first fix plumbing for our new kitchen this week and did a faultless job. He's not just a plumber - he understands houses so does the job with the bigger picture in mind, making sure it doesn't just do the job, but it looks good too. He's also proactive which is rare - he noticed we hadn't asked him to install an outdoor tap, so he asked us if we wanted one, and just did it, no dramas. His quote was very fair, and he was completely transparent about material costs so we knew there was no inflated guesswork involved. This in turn leaves the client with a quilty finish at a lower cost due to the contacts I have built up over the years. Hired Abs to convert a small en suite bathroom and he did an amazing job. He got on with the job quickly and worked to a very high standard. Great communication throughout and he even went the extra mile to resolve a problem with drainage which extended beyond the bathroom job. Bathroom now looks amazing and he left no mess.
