Work was done to a high standard and they were happy to come back and sort out any little snags. They finished before their scheduled date and left site clean and tidy. We were initially worried about the ammount of building works undertaken whilst still living in the house with a young family and new baby. It took no time at all for MTB to gain our confidence by consistantly meeting our target dates, demonstrating their knowledge, abilities and achieving the near impossible. Their relationship with building control was second to none and any issues were speedily resolved on site to everyones satisfaction. All deliveries were punctual and any disruption to neighbours or access to the the road kept to a minimum. MTB enabled us to complete a phased building project and substantial structural works to our house on a tight. They were also happy to let us be involved in the build and complete some of the elements DIY style. They were able to use their knowledge and contacts to reduce costs, suggest alternatives, reduce supplier lead times and deliver a first class build. As for their sub contractors. They too were professional, polite, efficient, worked to a very high standard and were great with the children. I cannot reccomend Mark and his team highly enough and would not hessitate in providing a reccomendation, just call me on #44 (0) 7581 562 872. Will I use Mark and MTB in the future? Most Definately and plans are already in motion for the next build.
