A good communicator who calls or texts to keep you informed as to his work schedule prior to job starting. Davie and his lads turned up bang on time every morning and did a first class quality job and left the garden site fully cleaned up and restored to normal. Excellent quality of work, all done for the agreed price. SLD is a small but very professional outfit and Steven has good knowledge on a number of building topics. I was very pleased with the concrete base for the shed requested and with the additional drainage work nearby that I asked for.
