Latest review:Hard Flooring-Messaged 5 weeks before I got the keys to my flat as they had responded to my ad looking for Herringbone laminate to be fitted in 2 rooms. Checked in when I had entry date and all seemed like it was going ahead. They then didn’t come to measure the floors as planned even though I checked the same morning if they would still be coming out and was told yes. They then messaged saying they would no longer be able to fit the flooring. Has completely set me back in terms of being able to find another fitter and totally wasted my time on Saturday while waiting for them to show up to measure my floors. Really disappointing
