Tiler in StevenstonI have been sitting on this for over 30 years , have done it on a few jobs over the years. Artex is a pain to remove , not nice too look at and could contain asbestos pre 1982 not the best idea too plaster over.No sanding, no plastering over, no steamer, no chemicals, no xtex and no harmful dust.Can offer to test for asbestos.

Unfortunately, I was not able to be present due to work commitments and my wife dealt with him. She said that he was a polite and obviously competant young man, he worked well, and was very pleasant. He left the house as neat and tidy as he found it and also disposed of the old radiator and fittings. We would not hesitate to use him for our plumbing work again and would happily recommend his services to anyone.
