I hired IAS GROUP in May 2024 and gave them a clear budget to work within. Paul acknowledged it was tight but assured me the job could be done. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Instead of communicating properly about any budget issues, they went ahead and made a complete mess of the house, forcing me to redo the entire place. Whenever I asked for an update, Paul constantly made excuses, saying he was at a wedding, out with family, or otherwise unavailable. He rarely answered my calls, making it extremely difficult to get any clarity on the progress. Despite the work not being fully complete, he still demanded full payment and even threatened to take me to court if I didn’t pay. To top it off, he was eager to hand the keys back without giving me a chance to properly inspect the job. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I cannot begin to express how brilliant John and his team are. I hired John to lay floors and build a unit. We live in an old property with several issues. John put me in touch with a plaster specialist, a plumber and an electrician to cover the extra work. This helped us cover all our bases with our renovation. The quality of work from everyone was outstanding . I recommend John and his team so highly, I can’t show all the work but the flooring , skirting and unit he built bring me joy every time I walk into my beautiful new office space .

New extension built. Right from 1st meeting for quote up to finish did what they said when they said. Nothing too big or too small when asking for any additions or changes. Easy to deal with.
