Once the job was confirmed, Stephen's communication was excellent, keeping us updated on when he'd be starting work. Can't fault the team at Stonecraft, got an inspection and quote same day, turned up when they said they would, completed the job quickly no mess no fuss and kept me advised throughout, water ingress all sorted, and then assisted with some other stonework maintenance that wasn't urgent but I was glad to get done. Very pleased :)
