Our head office is based in St. Albans and we have a mixture of Gas Safe registered engineers and experienced plumbers who cover Hertfordshire, South Beds. and parts of Middlesex. We can supply and fit new boilers or complete central heating systems, repair or replace cylinders, all types of controls and "Smart" systems, repair and/or replace taps, pumps, immersions, in fact any size or type of plumbing, heating or gas job that you can think of. We have a specialist leak detection team and the most experienced team of warm-air specialists in the area. Our customer service and admin. team are contactable 365 days a year and you will always speak to one of the team or a manager whenever you contact us. No pre-recorded messages or call-centres! We work Monday to Friday between 08:00hrs. and 17:00hrs. and all weekends and bank holidays, including Christmas Day!

Hi, I've been working in the plumbing and heating industry for circa 15 years and have in recent times upstood my own business. Having completed a full apprenticeship through British Gas I have gone on to secure qualifications across a wide range of appliances both on LPG and natural gas. Historically I've covered plumbing works; masses of breakdown works as a technical engineer and completed multiple installations ranging from straight swaps to conversions and full system installations. I've also spent a large amount of my career working on powerflushing and reconfiguring systems when blockages present heating/hot water issues. I'm a huge advocate for focusing on customer satisfaction and am keen to treat each and every customers job as if it were being done in my own home to the highest of standard.
