Get in touchI have hired Joe from Ratcliffe and sons Ltd twice this year to perform gas safety and boiler servicing job. The first job was in August, he was late for an hour but I decided to give him another chance. For the second job, I have made a booking with Joe that the job to be carried out at 10am on 1 Oct 2024. He agreed to it and replied that he had added this to his calendar. I even sent a reminder to him on 30 Sept 2024 for the job. However, in the morning on 1 Oct 2024, he replied he has an overrun job that he cannot perform my job in the morning. He said he might be able to do it at 3pm instead. My tenant has to work in the afternoon so he cannot wait until 3pm. Given these two negative experiences, I dare not hire this company again as there is a high chance that this company would cancel your appointment at the very last minute as they seem to value only the time of themselves but not their clients. Every information I have written are true (see attached photos for written evidence)

- Get in touchWe were very happy with Alex' workmanship and his politeness and attitude to us. We thought the job was value for money. My husband asked him twice about a small job about changing a tap water which he promised to do which he didn't. I also asked him for a quote for a new boiler which was also promised, this was not produced. I have taken my time to write this review in case he was going to send the review.
