Excellent service - highly recommended. I had my gas hob and oven replaced. Dilshad is very honest, friendly, punctual, professional and highly knowledgeable. He came within a short notice. I couldn't be happier with the service. The installation was carried out efficiently and safely. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Works not done as requested heating apparently serviced however when I came home and the boiler wasn't working and the ignition panel was hanging off was told he would come back out and that was a free visit he should have charged for. Should have realised when assessing the problem he stated it was something else he would need to order before then checking the thermostat and saying "I'm glad I checked that out I would have had to come up with an excuse to change you for the other part". Another part of the job was to fix a constantly running toilet cistern. Came home to find the original parts were there and still having the same issue which he charged £60 to replace a washer that didnt need replacing to start with. Gave the opportunity to rectify the issues however wanted to charge additional callout. Would not recommend and will find a decent plumber to rectify the jobs hes charged for and not complete not cheap at nearly £800.
