Jon understood the brief and delivered what he had priced for. A few problems arose which couldn't have been foreseen without starting but he was solution focused and didn't let it didn't hamper delivery. Very polite and timely and kept us in the loop as to when they would/wouldn't be coming. We never felt out of the loop and they always had time to answer questions that we had about the process. We are delighted with our dorma loft conversion. Martin and his team were friendly and professional from start to finish. Always on time, excellent communication and very high standard of workmanship. Martin goes that extra mile and even helped us with bespoke, built in storage cupboards. When we had a couple of little hiccups during the build (as build can have) Martin went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out asap. The work that Chris carried out surpassed my expectations. The handrails are finished to a high standard, and Chris fitted them very quickly as my dad was about to move in with us.
