All went well and i paid in full but had fire removed as wasnt happy with fitting as sat too close to bare brick work. Couldnt get nice plaster finish so fire would sit flush which he completely understood and promptly removed fire happily agreeing to refit once plastering done. Great service at this point. Also agreed to put some rads back on when doing fire as had no heating. Then couldnt get hold of alex for couple weeks when needed it refitting and heating put back on. Zero response to calls or messages but finally got message apologising as had some issues. Came back today and refitted fire.
