Did a great job of removing a radiator, cleaned up the pipes really neatly without too much impact on the wall. Thought he might have to baton the plaster board wall to fix the double tall designer radiator that we purchased but he found an excellent secure fixing point in the brick work behind. This saved us having to get a plasterer to repair the wall after cutting through to baton. Damien came when he said he would he kept me informed of everything he was going to do. He sent me pictures of everything so I could choose what I wanted and change anything I didn't like.
