We needed a back boiler converting to a combi boiler system, plus a couple of new radiators. Sam was very knowledgeable about a variety of boilers and helped us find the right one for us. The old pipework in our house threw up a number of additional issues, which Sam sorted excellently as they came up, and we were very impressed with everything throughout. The boiler is great, his pipework and radiators are very neat and well done. Because of our old pipework, the job took longer than he expected, but he still made the time to make sure everything was perfect. On top of that, he is very friendly, and explained every part of the job thoroughly. Recommend him 100%, and we'll be calling him for any future gas and plumbing jobs we have. Thank you so much!

It pains me to leave such a review but companies need to do better, and it starts with treating people better. Brielfy, had a Glo Worm boiler installed in same location as old boiler at £3000 cash; in hindsight I now realise this was too expensive but I will take responsibility for not carrying out due diligence. Several issues with installation - Hive was incorrectly wired up (neutral to live live to neutral - not a minor fault!). Flue was loose and not secured and fan boiler fan was replaces by a Glo Worm engineer after being told all was ok with it. I was quoted a few hundred quid cheaper for a more expensive Worcester boiler, which, again, in hindsight.... this was a red flag. Finally, we planned to fit 4 radiators and TRVs - I was given a days notice (a Sunday) despite a previous message stating I won't be available. Last comms was asking if they can look at alternative dates.... nothing. Ignored. I don't normally leave negative reviews - must do better.
