Alex provided outstanding service from start to finish. He communicated clearly, walking us through each step with openness and honesty. Punctual and highly efficient, he managed to repair our boiler by replacing the heat exchanger, but he was upfront in explaining that the issue might recur, so a new boiler may be needed down the line. Gary, all we can say is thank you SO much. We had no heating for over a week and Gary called as soon as we put the job advert up. We initially found it difficult to secure a date for him to look at our boiler but he kindly helped us get some temporary heating over the phone on a Sunday morning. He then squeezed us in before a visit on Monday morning as to not leave it too long, he sorted the issue, and replaced a part all before 8:30am. I undertake all kinds of domestic heating jobs, from changing a radiator valve to a full heating system. I cover oil, gas including lpg boiler servicing, breakdowns and new installs. I can also install underfloor heating either in concrete slab or retro fit with overlay board.
Danny came in a timely manner to give quote and through discussion with him came up with different ideas so he had to give different quotes. He worked hard and did a great job. Cheerful and positive disposition. Really super pleased with the refurbished bathroom. He changed a sanilav to a proper toilet and managed to do it in a way that reduced hassle to the household - creative thinking. We've asked him to do other stuff for us.
