Alex provided outstanding service from start to finish. He communicated clearly, walking us through each step with openness and honesty. Punctual and highly efficient, he managed to repair our boiler by replacing the heat exchanger, but he was upfront in explaining that the issue might recur, so a new boiler may be needed down the line. Gary, all we can say is thank you SO much. We had no heating for over a week and Gary called as soon as we put the job advert up. We initially found it difficult to secure a date for him to look at our boiler but he kindly helped us get some temporary heating over the phone on a Sunday morning. He then squeezed us in before a visit on Monday morning as to not leave it too long, he sorted the issue, and replaced a part all before 8:30am.
