Gary, all we can say is thank you SO much. We had no heating for over a week and Gary called as soon as we put the job advert up. We initially found it difficult to secure a date for him to look at our boiler but he kindly helped us get some temporary heating over the phone on a Sunday morning. He then squeezed us in before a visit on Monday morning as to not leave it too long, he sorted the issue, and replaced a part all before 8:30am. Lewis agreed to undertake a boiler installation for us and I can honestly say that I have never managed an easier boiler installation. From our initial conversation to today (Less than a week) Lewis was able to carry out a site survey and boiler installation to a high standard and with an amazing work ethic in a short time span. As a company that work with installers, I am incredibly impressed with how easy he made this installation for us. So much so that we want to use him for more work in the future. I worked on new builds and know the issues you can get from them. I worked on old house and old heating and plumbing systems. I’m gas safe registered and have been for over 25 years.
