Ali and I had discussed the job beforehand, I had sent him pictures. We arranged a date and time and Ali was there on the dot. His approach to the job was extremely diligent and professional. The job involved quite a bit more than originally anticipated, but he just cracked on and did the extra that was required and didn’t up his price. All this without any bother. He’s a lovely man, he’s fantastic at what he does and we have already asked him to come back and do more for us. Highly recommended. The upstairs windows are now draught-free, small window replaced and all new handles, a couple of hinges and locking also replaced. All the windows were cleaned inside and out. There was a slight hitch but was easily overcome with Justin's great work ethic and a smile.
