As a team we have a a wealth of experience that enables us to complete pretty much every step within a project, from full kitchen and bathroom renovations , building work inside and out , electrical installation and testing including our bread and butter the gas central heating and renewable energy installations, We complete numerous gas boiler , air source heat pump and solar panel installations each month and our general understanding of building/ construction work really does help us massively in understanding and explaining the work In hand and what it entails The majority of my work over the last 20 years has been within domestic houses so we realise how important it is to leave a home 'as it was ' , to respect the property and clean up after the work is done..... Richard was extremely professional, and surveyed our issue, and quoted very quickly, and arranged to come back as quick as 4-5 days later and spent the day servicing our annoying heating system, replaced all of the rad valves and serviced the boiler. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone. He is 100% efficient reliable and competitive. I would defiantly employ Richard again.

I hire them in June to do a full boiler services. They said a full boiler services need 1-1.5hour. But the gas engineer they sent finish the job in 30-40 minutes and left. I reported to them and they said it is reasonable to do a all fans, strip, gas valve out services in a short time. As a customer i have no knowledge about the boiler and i only can trust them. However, my boiler not working in November when i try to use the heater. I ask another gas engineer to check. He said it seem the boiler didn't have full services in June. The injector is dirty the ignition electrode didn't get replace. And other valve, strip, seem didn't have move for long time. I understand most company just hire some freelance engineer. But they should monitor their freelance. Even when I have reported to them. They just said they assure the engineer have done their job. As a Customer, we never know the engineer have done their job or not until the problem come up. I am totally disappointed with them.
