First visit from Alex after I had been quoted for a gas fire service for which the price was acceptable. The fault with gas fire was a failure with igniter so Alex said they would get me a quote and do the service and part replacement together. Had a quote for the replacement igniter that looked very expensive and included a whopping £25 carriage! I found it online at the Gazco online parts shop for less than half the price including £8.00 carriage. I ordered the part and Jack then came to fit it and carry out the service. This was all done very well and Jack also gave me some good advice regarding the TV aerial that was directly over the chimney stack which has now been moved to the loft space and I have also installed a chimney cowl to stop debris and nesting birds in the chimney. I took a star off as I have reservations as to who their part supplier is and would definitely source the parts myself if I use them again.
