Very efficient from start to finish. The price quoted was very reasonable, turned up on time and completed on time. Lib took the trouble to show me the work done, check each radiator with me and explain how the controls worked. Lib and his colleague were very helpful and professional and carried out the job to a high standard. I have no reservations recommending LAM gas.

Mike rang me straight after shortlisting him. Although it was a Sunday afternoon he offered a good rate and attended the house within an hour. The house wasn't far from him so in a way I got a bit lucky. He was very professional and got the job done. Heating is now back on. Would highly recommend Mike for any gas heating work.

I contacted Alex initially on the back of the insurance attending and condemning the boiler due to the Flue and seals. Alex offered to attend the address to look at possible options and subsequently agreed a date and time - literally the following day. Alex attended and was very informative and even re-ran diagnostics which concluded that the flue, seals and also the heat exchange - as a result Alex provided the costings which in all was too expensive for a 12 year old boiler - Alex then suggested a replacement boiler and offered a very competitive price. The following morning I agreed to the price and Alex said he could come in the PM to install and get the boiler replaced. Alex attended earlier than expected after giving us a call and delivered a high quality installation, ensuring that the area was kept clean and was as it was found. In all Alex provided an unbelievable service and stayed til late evening to ensure the boiler was up and running - would highly recommend!
