Excellent experience. a few hicups experienced due to window company sending wrong flashing but Jon overcome this problems, Very professional, approachable, tidy and friendly. I am very satisfied with the windows, his work, being approachable, very tidy, respected house and even the support in finding a gas safe engineer. Returned witout delay when an adjustment was needed to one of the three windows. I would certainly use Jon again in the futher if required and recommend him to people looking for a competent and professional builder. I was quoted for fixing the downpipe and a few slates. He said he couldn't fix the downpipe as it's lead and he couldn't get the correct screws so that was just tied up with some string and he said it's sound. He did do some pointing work on ridges and fixed some slates. The bill for the incomplete work came to approx double the original quote. He says the pipe was a bigger job than he thought when he first visited to access He said I would have to rebook him to. do that for about another few hundred.(£600?) I mentioned plastic but he quoted for lead? He was here 3 hours and charged £550? He knows I was not happy as he asked me for a review and I didn't want to leave one until My Builder contacted me to do this today.Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-

Vincent cleaned all the moss off my roof,cleared out the gutters,replaced damaged tiles and re pointed the ridge tiles. He left everywhere cleaner than it was before he started,he explained everything he had to do and why and best of all he was very reasonably priced.
