I agreed for pimco to install some steps at my home but I overlooked signing the contract and paying the deposit , my mind was distracted because I needed a new wider Front door fitting to enable a wheelchair before the steps were installed .I phoned pimco on the Wednesday before the installation date and was told the job was cancelled because I didn’t sign the paperwork . When I realised my mistake I apologised and signed and payed the deposit the same day . On Thursday I received 2 text messages asking to arrange a date for them to look at the house on Tuesday or Thursday the following week but I couldn’t attend because I needed to give my work more notice to have time off . Friday I phoned pimco 3 times to explain this but no one answered so I left a message for someone to phone me back but by 5.00 pm no one did .I emailed Keith cancelling the work because I didn’t feel comfortable because of the lack of customer service. Nick and his team were amazing from start to finish, they completely transformed our drive and garden. We are over the moon with how it all looks, they were friendly and easy to talk to and listened to our vision of what we wanted, even when there were little snags Nick sorted it for us. I would definitely recommend Nick and his team for any works, they were also the most reasonable priced workers based on quotes we got from other trades people. Thanks so much Nick and team! The landscaping works was completed within the expected time frame and any queries or minor adjustments we needed making the team were only too happy to oblige. This was significant remedial works to a terraced (5 level) front garden, taking up/relaying and pointing crazy paving AND repointing brickwork borders. Notably a number of trades people turned away from the job JMS not only took on the project but explained the full content of the job, what was involved and how they would proceed, giving clear time schedules but also confirming how they would work which included being very clean both during and at the end of each day. Through the process they also made us some small savings on material costs The team were polite, worked hard and completed a very satisfactory job which many others turned down, probably because it was too hard We confidently recommend these tradesman for all related business works.
